High-Quality Materials and Fine Craftsmanship: The door and back panels are constructed from 2.0mm and 1.5mm cold-rolled steel, respectively, while the mounting plate is 2.5-3.0mm thick, offering strong mechanical properties. The surface is primed with a phosphate primer for enhanced adhesion, then powder-coated in standard RAL7032/RAL7035 colors. The mounting plate is galvanized for rust and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term, stable operation in humid and dusty industrial environments.
Excellent protection and easy installation: With an IP54 protection rating (IP55 for special models), the cabinet complies with EN 60 529/09.2000 and NEMA 4 standards, protecting against dust, multi-directional water splashes, and jet impacts. The frame features densely spaced 25mm-spaced modular holes, allowing the mounting plate to be adjusted forward and backward in 25mm increments. The plastic slider allows for front-mounted installation, and the U-shaped hem design enhances the mounting plate's stability and facilitates handling.
Adaptable heat dissipation for a wide range of applications: The basic model features cooling vents for natural convection. For high-power applications, fans or air conditioning can be added for temperature control to prevent heat damage to components.
