    Mainly made of 304 stainless steel (316L stainless steel is available for some high-corrosion environments), it meets the required chromium and nickel content and has been tested for salt spray corrosion resistance of over 1000 hours. Cold-rolled steel (double-layer plastic spray coating, ≥80μm thickness, scratch-resistant and non-fading) is available for indoor use.
    Insulation components are made of PA66 flame-retardant plastic, with a temperature resistance of -40°C to 120°C and a flame retardancy rating of V0, eliminating safety hazards caused by high temperatures or open flames. High-Level Protection Design:
    Basic protection reaches IP54 (dust and splash proof), while outdoor models upgrade to IP65 (completely dustproof and resistant to high-pressure water jets).     The cabinet body utilizes CNC punching (accuracy ±0.1mm) and CNC bending (angular tolerance ±0.5°). The gap between the door and cabinet body is ≤1mm, ensuring smooth opening and closing without lag.
