    1. Stainless Steel Material Characteristics:
    The mainstream material is 304 stainless steel (sheet thickness 1.5-2.0mm), containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It withstands neutral salt spray tests for over 1000 hours and resists corrosion from ordinary outdoor moisture and dust.

    For highly corrosive areas such as coastal areas and chemical industries, 316L stainless steel (containing 2-3% molybdenum) can be used, offering salt spray resistance of over 5000 hours, preventing cabinet corrosion caused by sea breezes and corrosive gases. 2. Specialized Outdoor Protection Design:
    Protection rating reaches IP65 and above (completely dustproof and resistant to high-pressure water jets). Double-layer EPDM sealing strips are used between the cabinet door and cabinet body (resistant to -40°C to 120°C, with an aging life of ≥8 years). A sloped "rain cap" (slope ≥15°) is installed on the top to prevent rainwater from seeping in.
    The surface is UV-resistant brushed/spray-coated to resist fading and deformation under long-term exposure to sunlight (UV intensity 380-400nm), and is suitable for extreme temperature fluctuations of -30°C to 60°C.
    3. Safe Power Distribution:
    Built-in circuit breakers, residual current devices, and surge protectors (SPDs) monitor current and voltage in real time, tripping within 0.1 seconds in the event of an overload or short circuit to prevent equipment damage.
    Insulated flame-retardant partitions (made of PA66, flame retardancy rating V0) are installed in the wiring area to separate high-voltage and low-voltage circuits, preventing safety hazards caused by arcing.
