Electrical Safety: Built-in overvoltage/overcurrent protectors and short-circuit fuses, and the battery connector is protected against reverse connection to prevent malfunctions caused by incorrect wiring.
Fire Protection: Select high-spec cabinets feature integrated temperature sensors and smoke alarms, automatically shutting off power when temperature exceeds specified limits. An aerosol fire extinguishing device is also available (no secondary contamination).
Intelligent Temperature Control and Heat Dissipation:
Natural Cooling: Cabinet sides/tops feature ventilation louvers (with dust screens) suitable for low-power battery modules (≤10kWh).
Forced Cooling: High-power cabinets (≥50kWh) feature built-in axial-flow fans or water cooling modules. These automatically activate when the temperature exceeds 35°C, maintaining the battery operating temperature between 15-30°C (optimal efficiency range) to prevent high temperatures from causing battery swelling and lifespan degradation.
Energy Management Adaptation:
A reserved BMS (Battery Management System) interface monitors battery voltage, current, and SOC (remaining charge) in real time. It supports linkage with energy storage inverters, enabling "peak-valley arbitrage" (charging during off-peak hours and discharging during peak hours) or emergency power supply (automatic switching during grid outages).
