1. Design Drawings: We have a professional technical team that will draw detailed electrical schematics and enclosure structure diagrams based on the installation environment and functional requirements of the distribution box.

2. Material Preparation: After finalizing the distribution box drawings and production plan, the procurement department will select suitable materials according to design requirements. Typically, cold-rolled steel plates or stainless steel plates with good strength and corrosion resistance are chosen. These engineering materials will be cut to size by the cutting technology team for preparation;

3. Processing and Surface Treatment of the Distribution Box: The factory processes the distribution box through bending, welding, drilling, polishing, and other techniques to ensure its structure meets design requirements. The distribution box also undergoes rust removal and painting treatments to enhance its corrosion resistance;

4. Electrical Components of the Distribution Box: Electrical components that meet quality standards and technical requirements are procured as needed and installed according to the drawings;

5. Circuit Connections of the Distribution Box: Appropriate specification wires are used to ensure clear labeling and secure, neat wiring;

6. Performance and Quality Testing of the Distribution Box: After assembly, strict performance testing is conducted
