Today, Shouke Yuantuo will share with everyone the solution to achieve an IP65 protection level for outdoor battery cabinets.
First, let's talk about material selection. SKYT will use high-quality stainless steel material, which has good strength and corrosion resistance;
Next is the sealing structure. The battery cabinet is divided into the cabinet body and the front door. The cabinet body uses a welded structure, polished and treated with anti-rust measures to prevent water seepage at the seams; the cabinet door and body are equipped with sealing grooves, fixed with blind screws and foam sealant to ensure the rubber strip fits tightly, effectively blocking water and dust intrusion;
Emphasizing ventilation and heat dissipation again. Fans and filters with an IP65 protection rating have been added to both sides of the battery cabinet. Additionally, rain covers are installed outside the filters to ensure functionality and effectively prevent dust or rainwater from directly entering.
For cable interface protection, SKYT uses cable joints to ensure the sealing effect between the cable and the battery cabinet;
