This metal cabinet electrical enclosure consists of the following parts: front left door, long glass pressure strip, short glass pressure strip, left and right side panels, rear panel, top cover, bottom ring frame front and rear beams, bottom ring frame left and right beams, bottom plate fasteners, bottom cover-F, mounting plate, side beams, baffle, horizontal door frame member, vertical left door frame member, vertical right door frame member, and the second-layer door.
The front left door, bottom plate fasteners, and horizontal and vertical left and right door frames of the metal cabinet electrical enclosure are made of 2mm thick Q235 carbon structural steel. This steel has high strength, good plasticity and toughness, and excellent welding performance. It can withstand heavy equipment installation while providing good impact and compression resistance, effectively protecting the internal equipment.
The long and short glass pressure strips, left and right side panels, rear panel, top cover of the bottom ring frame, front and rear beams, left and right beams of the bottom ring frame, and the second-floor door of the metal cabinet electrical enclosure are also made of 1.5mm thick Q235 carbon structural steel; the mounting plate is made of galvanized sheet.
